By accessing or using Utah Dentist Finder at utahdentistfinder.com (the “Site”), operated by Dentist Finder Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Utah Dentist Finder is an online dental practice directory for the state of Utah. The Site is informational only. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not provide medical or dental advice, and we are not a dental referral service. The Site helps users find and compare dental practices based on publicly available information.

3. For Patients & Visitors

• You may use the directory to browse and search for dental practices across Utah at no cost.
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of practice information including hours of operation, services offered, or availability. Always verify details directly with the dental practice.
• Contact form submissions are forwarded to the dental practice you selected. We are not responsible for whether or how quickly a practice responds to your inquiry.
• Any interaction, appointment, or transaction between you and a dental practice is solely between you and that practice. Utah Dentist Finder is not a party to any patient-provider relationship.

4. For Practice Owners — Free Listings

• Practice listings are created using publicly available information from Google Business Profiles and other public data sources.
• Practice owners may claim their listing at any time to verify and update their business information at no cost.
• Free listings include basic practice information (name, address, phone, website, hours, specialties).
• We reserve the right to display, modify, or remove free listing information to maintain directory accuracy.

5. For Member Practices — Paid Subscriptions ((49/month or 499/year))

• Member subscriptions are billed at $49/month or $499/year (annual saves $89) via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
• Member features include: practice dashboard, patient contact form, photo gallery, full review display, and featured placement in search results and city pages.
• As a member, you are responsible for the accuracy of all content you submit, including photos, descriptions, and business information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership for violation of these Terms, including submission of false or misleading information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to send spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent communications
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security
• Impersonate any person or dental practice
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, layout, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Utah Dentist Finder and Dentist Finder Network, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Practice owners who submit content (photos, descriptions, etc.) grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site for the duration of their listing.

8. Disclaimers

• No medical advice: Nothing on this Site constitutes medical or dental advice. Always consult directly with a qualified dental professional.
• No warranty of accuracy: Practice information is provided “as is” and may not be current or complete. We do not verify or endorse any dental practice listed on the Site.
• No liability for interactions: We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from interactions between patients and dental practices found through the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utah Dentist Finder, Dentist Finder Network, and their officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
