Salt Lake Donated Dental Services

Salt Lake Donated Dental Services is an income-based private non-profit dental office in Salt Lake City providing dental care for the indigent. SLDDS is the only safety-net dental clinic in our community to provide free preventive and restorative care, as well as emergency services. Considerable time and energy is spent on educating every patient on the importance of a healthy smile, and teaching them how to maintain good oral health. Program services include: • emergency treatment; • preventive maintenance and periodontal services; • restorative care (i.e. fillings, root canals and crowns); • pediatric dental services (including in-office sedation); • oral surgery; and • dentures and partials
